Hi My name is pravin Halingale(9960396464) i gave one application to you broandband on 21st Aug 2011 for new connection 3 months unlimited plan. Still i havnt got any connection.
so later i went shivajinagar,pune office & met to senior technician named Raj he gave me only fake promisses that i ll do the connection next day thats what he told every time when i called him.
plz help me if they will not give any connection within 2 days i want refund that is i want my money back.
there is one thing i should tell u that i have never seen such worst service in my life
i think this is a fake company & i should take help of consumer forum.

I am mohan from chennai..My Youbroadband use id : mohankum_m
.I took hurican-80 3 days back(3months plan with speed of 12Mbps),only reason i took this plan is to work from home during night hours but the speed in evenings/night never reaches even 256 kps , and yeasterday my Ethernet card in my laptop burned bcoz of high voltage signal from your cable so now i have spend additional 1.6K for wireless modem.
i have been the calling call centre all the 3 days but no improvement.
I paid 3 months fees as adavance,i faced enough problem with your service,Please help me atleast to refund 2 months of my fees if this cannot be fixed.
I been using internet since 5 years in 3 different cities never had this kind of experience.
Please let me know if you need further information.

I am Nagaraju , resident of Visakhapatnam and one of your You tele broadband user.
I have raised request for shifting my net connection to new house, which is 10 houses distance from my old house. Almost It's been completed 10 days since my request raised, but no action has been taken till the time.

I was utter disappointment with your support/Service, not only this time, whenever I face any problem with net , I have faced similar delays almost all the times. Every time your delay cost too much for me in terms of professionally and personally.

Please resolve my issue immediately or pay back my refundalbe money and shifting charges you collected on 10-Oct-2011. so I will go for another broadband provider.

Dear sir/ madam,
Following are the points I would like to highlight.
1. I had paid Mr. Kazi your representative Rs. 2700/- on 17th Oct 2011 as he had promised to start the service in two days. I received the service after 6 days and that to after making atleast 18 phone calls and talking to Mr. Pande and then finally Mr. Sheikh.
2. I had paid Rs. 700/- for a dedicated modem but got a shared modem and have received the refund only yesterday after 22 days that too after repeated phone calls.
3. The cable – I have paid Rs. 500/- towards installation charges yet an old cable is laid and that too haphazardly on the ground. The society members are taking objection to such a nuisance as it is dangerous for children. No one has cared to address the issue inspite of repeated reminders.
4. Now the real problem – My net gets disconnected every day for the past 15 days and does not connect thereafter. I am having no connection for the past 24hrs as I write. I have registered a complaint 6 times with every time the executive promising me ‘a permanent resolution’.
Some Mr. Amit calls up asking to call him when I face a problem and he will come. He has never turned out.
Frustrated I visited the office in Pune where Mr. Krishna assured me that someone will come today itself. No one has turned out.
Another Mr. Ritesh called up saying I will come at 5.30. I left all my work to stay back, no one came. Not even a phone call.
5. When I enquired why I got a shared modem when I had paid for a dedicated one I got some lame excuses.


I paid for your service because I was promised a good service. But as it turns out it is proving very unprofessional and least bothered about customers.
So I request you to kindly address the problem and provide me with a truly ‘PERMANENT RESOLUTION’.

hi, i have just now subscribed to your service. (I also have SSV broadband connection)I was offered 3 months unlimitd plan with additional 15 days. I checked the account details and it says 87 days left. what rip off!

It is my deepest regret to inform you that I have taken your broad band connection on 2nd February 2011from the sales person Mr Yogesh and at the time of sales he committed that the company will be providing the services within 24hrs of compalint. On the 7th February 2011 my internet connection was broke down so i register a complaint on the same day with costumer care which you can refer from the companies database. Your costumer care executive promised that my complaint will be attended within next 24 hrs. Next day evening i found that my complaint is still unattended so i contacted your ahmedabad office where Mr Javed promised me that my complaint will be solved with in next 48 hrs i.e. by 10th Dec 2011. however on 10th Dec i found that my complaint is still unattended so i had a talk with Mr Javed where he said that he is unable to handle my complaint and introduced Mr Kabir. And Mr Kabir promised that my connection will be in order by Monday i.e. 12th Dec 2011. However when i tried my internet then I found that it is still not in order. So I called your ahmedabad costumer care and asked when will the services will be in the place then she replied that it would be in place within 6.30 PM of 12th December 2011. but I don't have trust on her words as i have been harassed by your employee from last 5 days. So here by I am listing down some of the concern that raised in my mind which i am listing down below:

1. When will be my internet connection will be restored?

2. Among your sales person and Customer care executive who has given false commitment?

3. Do I have taken a wrong decision by taking YOU Broad Band connection?

4. Who will pay for the 5 days where there is no internet connection which forced me to use my mobile to access internet where i have to pay in my bill?

5. Will i get 5days grace period in my billing cycle?

As per the norms of TRAI you are the authority to be informed first so hereby I am requesting you to reply the mail as soon as possible and kindly tell me when my services will be restored?

Hi,

I have applied for a connection on 19 September 2011. my customer id was pkumar_031 neither connection was provided nor my money is refunded back to me.as a matter of fact i have written to nodal officer of gurgaon region and he has also not replied to my mail as if now.as per TRAI norm a nodal office is suppose to reply to customer complaint in 3 working days but he failed to do so.

Is this is how Youbroadband works.

Hello, my user id is m_deshpande, i have recently observed and heard after esclation to youbroadband how you broadband is using consumer ignorance for their own benefit. when client buys a plan it talks about speed (upto 2mbs), usage (unlimited) and validity. this is one example of unlimited 1099-n plan. later after few days ( reaching to max download limit) speed is reduced to 256K. After escalation we found out that this is the plan mentioned on teriff page. Isn't it sophisticated cheating of consumers? I wish to run a compaign to help other fellow consumer not to ignore "Game plan" of any providers.
height of poor quality service- none of the reps know the reason for speed slow, they kept on forwarding complaint to their so called back office and reseting the modem and closing the complaint. hoping you post this on your site in the spirt of your VALUES mentioned somewhere part of your website

Myself Gurjant singh from surat. My account number is 660710. I have renewed my account online by selecting a plan "NEW TRIDENT 130 GB 12 Months + Free Router" on 25-03-2012, in which i was supposed to get a free router with in 21 days from the date of my renewal and now 40 days have been past but yet i have not recived an router. I have complained at customer care then nodal officer and also to appelate authority but every time i complain they use to say that you will receive your router in 2-3 days and when i again call after that time they again informs me that it will take 2-3 days. I have called more then 10 to 15 times every time i hears the same execuse that router is not available in stock and if it is not available then why they makes the fake promises. Now i request you to take a strict action and make my router delivered to me.

Good Day,
My Cust Id 845404.I subscribed for SP NEW TRIDENT 25 GB 3 Months.Plan was activated on 27th Sept'12.
This package is supposed to come with an assured gift.And I was told by the Vadodara office that the gift will be delivered within 1 month.
Please note this gift has not been delivered to me till date.And after contacting cust care thru Chat & over phone numerous times & complete inaction on the company's part.I tried to contact your good office on 07/11/2012 but was not patched thru by the operator on the pretext that my request is being looked into & I would certainly be contacted by the relevant person.I was forced to write an Email to the Nodal Officer on 19th Nov'12 since the operator at the office would not transfer my call.But even this mail has not been answered till date.

And the funny part is I receive an Email reminder for renewal of my account with a chance to win "EXCITING PRIZES"

Please understand that free gift is secondary here,but the kind of response or the lack of it, has forced me to look for a new ISP and makes me Wonder whether it was a correct desicion to choose YOU BROADBAND in the first place.

Hello !

This is Mangesh Dhere from PUNE. My customer ID is: 301677.

I am using "YOU TELECOM" since last 4-5 years. I subscribed to "NEW TRIDENT 130GB 12 Months" plan on 24th February 2012 and it got activated on the next day i.e. 25th February 2012.

That specific plan had an offer of "FREE ROUTER" if I renew it online. Therefore I renewed it online. Now only 80 days of the subscription are left out of 360 days and I have not yet received the router. Also I haven't got any single call from them even after I registered the complaints many times.

At first, I called to customer care (2-3 times) and they told me that I shall get a call from them in next 24 hours. I didn't get any.

Then on 22nd July I wrote a mail to customer care (customercare.pun@youbroadband.co.in). I got no response.

Then I logged in to my You Telecom's account and clicked on "Got an Inquiry/ Request/ Complaint - Register HERE". I sent one line complaint there as there was restriction on the number of characters. Again no response. (I am not so sure, but I guess I did it twice)

Then again I called to customer care and they asked me to call local office of You Telecom in Pune.

Then I called in local office in September. They said that routers are out of stock and I will have to wait for 1 month. So I waited, but again they said the same in the October.. Again I waited.. In November, they said that still they don't have the stock and when I asked for the refund, they said that they can't refund me. Every time I talked to Ms.Shivani who replied very arrogantly. On the last call (26th November 2012) she said me that Mr.Tushar is looking after routers department but he is on leave, therefore he will call me on the next day i.e. 27th November 2012.

On not receiving any call from Pune office, I finally logged to LIVE CHAT on You Telecom's website. The person on the chat (YOU Support4)said that there is pending complaint and he will forward my issue to solve at earliest, and I shall get the call back by the end of day...

I haven't received any single call yet.. Today also I did live chat (YOU Support5) and got the same assurance of getting the call by the end of the day.

I request you to look after this matter and help me in getting my router.

My name is M I Khan from visakhapatnam, acc no khan456 and contact no 9010267332..my net was down for a month fron 12th jul to 10 aug with a simple error 651 n nobody bothered to even give a visit inspite of my regular complaints(2013071215971 on 12 jul,2013072304572 on 23 jul & 2013080515797 on 5th aug)i contacted mrs asha 07893333844, mr prasanna 09959664999, local office and local guy on 9849320334 but nobody bothered.daily i had 2 call the 24 hour complaint number, wait 4 half an hour before i could speak to a executive, wasting my phone amount and no response in the end, i have gone through hell in this last month as my wife works for a medical transcription company which requires a 24 hour net connection. the most funny part is that i promptly got a msg from you broadband reminding me that my payment is due next week and if i delay for even one day, you will disconnect my net connection.. what kind of a pathetic service is this, you people assure to resolve the problem in 24 working hours or 3 days then why did it take 30 days.it was a simple problem of damaged wire just outside my window n ur local team was giving me all bulshit stories stating that, sir ur shared modem is gone, we have ordered for a new modem, its on the way, it will take 3 days to come, it will tak 3 days 2 install n i finally get a msg on my cell stating that dear customer your problem has resolved, no body even bloody bothered to give me a visit or a call, is this how you treat your customers, you cant take your customers for granted.. i have gone through hell and i am not going to let you people get through this simply.. i need an explanation for this drama, i need a assurance from a responsible individual that you people will not treat customers like like this in future and i need a suitable compensation.. and i hope that you people will respond this time and not force me to take things up to higher level.

Iam from Chennai. i have applied for new connection on 15/8/2013. Mr sathya (ph 9840717756) collected the application for 12 mbps plan I paid the money in cash. CRF No. YOUF No. 344068. He had promised me that the connection will be through on 16/8.
I awaited almost till 2.30PM on 16/8. as nothing happened till afternoon of 16/8 i called up 044-30003777. one lady answered the phone. I appreciate she was very courteous. she told me that your staff visited our colony and they couldnt get the terrace key from security. but your technicians didnt make any call to me. i requested her (the lady who answered 30003777) to send the technicians again. she told me that it will definitely be done and already informed to them. nobody came to do the wiring. As we both are working it is difficult for us to reach home early. So I wanted to complete the work by Saturday..
today i called 30003777. she said the technicians will surely come before 4pm. I felt happy that she was remembering my case. i waited up to 3pm and called up 30003777 again. she reassured that it will be done. i waited till 3.45. as i didnt get any call i called up again. she said the technicians has been informed and he will visit before 6PM. i sat in my house the whole day waiting for your people and the whole Saturday became a waste for me..
i am running from pillar to post not knowing whom to contact. i feel any sensible company gives top priority to new customers
I request that this type of ignoring of new customers (that too even before he gets the connection)is not done by you telecom.. this is too frustrating.
this damages the reputation of you telecom

dear you broad band costomers, this is M I Khan,a customer of you broadband frm the last one year, i hav already placed my complaint 12 days back and u people can read the same above.. to my surprise, the company has not taken any action and in their reply box they have written that the complaint has been removed by the author even though i dint remove or my issue dint get resolved... this is a total CHEAT and FRAUD company and now i understand why the low level workers are so PATHETIC because after raising the level and writing it in the blog also, i dint get any call from anyone till todate, and today suddenly i got a call from you broadband reminding me that my validity is expiring and my net will get disconnected today.. they dint even feel responsible enough 2 atleast give a call n know the problem of the customer.. they are only intrested in bill payment... i am not going to let them take me for granted, i will take them to consumer court n if required to TRAI... we r not fools sitting here 2 get cheated by any fake company... dear readers, PLEASE DON"T become a part of such a selfish and cheater family by taking a you broadband connection... its my sincere advice and my war with these cheaters begins from today.

This is to bring in notice the terrible treatment I have received from your company representatives. I have been following them up to shift my broadband connection but there hasn’t been any proper response. I called and asked your people to be there on Saturday but they instead came on Sunday, on which I was unavailable and afterwards they are citing the reason that there is lock of documents which is absolutely rubbish, I have already submitted all the required documents & sifting charge. What is the problem, I have already paid you people?

This is absolutely unprofessional attitude and below par customer service.

Friends Please don't purchase 3, 6 12 month if you will purchase 3, 6 12 month after 1 month you will face so many problem because i already faced. 1 year before my internet connection was not working. i registered complaint for internet is not connecting they told me that it will take 24 hours. but my internet connection problem had been solved after 1 month. That is very embarrassing.

I payed 3552 rupees for getting installed at my house yet they did not install and when i contacted you executive srinivasan,he was not responding properly and was yelling at me.Then i complained to YOU customer care twice to register my complaint and then they called back to say that it was not technically feasible to install at my house.Then i gave disconnection request 2 weeks before and still i'm not able to get my money back and they are saying it will come in another 2 days each time.
when i again contacted customer care they are saying it will take 45 days as per company policy which i was completely unaware of as Mr.Srinivasan said while getting money that if not installed we would return your money immediately.
I'm completely fed up with YOU as they are completely cheating me and not returning my money back.

I am very frustrated and annoyed with the You Broadband service at my home, Since last 3 weeks my net connection is not working and I tried all possible ways to resolve the issue (called the customer care, draft mail to Manisha Rajguru, tried to call her, draft mail again to the mail ids mentioned on the website and internet) but still today my issue has not been resolved.

The worst experience I have with You broadband till yet.
I appeal and suggest all new customer please do not go for You broadband, as they have least customer care department in the service industry.

No one bother to ask or call me what problem I am suffering.

I must say You broadband is now corporate goons in service industry, they takes all money for the sake of Net service provider, but ultimately customer never get connection.

I Atul Shah, a regular customer of YOU Broadband in Vadodara. I have very bad experience of service by the local personnel towards any complaints lodged by the customer for non functioning of the broadband service by your company. The connection often gets shut down at an average of three to five hours in a day. recently my Modem was not working, so I lodged the complaint on 22.09.2014 which was registered as 2014092217501. I regretted to mention here that in spite of nearly 70 calls to your local call center, my problem could not be solved till today late afternoon i.e. 25.09.2014. Every time when I called I experienced tone of utter rudeness and carelessness to my genuine requests. I almost felt that my words are going to deaf and dumb. On one hand I felt helpless as my problem was not being attended to and on the other hand I really pitied the reputation of your company. And after an hour of compelled altercation with the call center staff, the problem was solved in the late afternoon today. And now do you expect me to recommend your services to any of my friend or relative? Am I not eligible for any service credit for the period in which the services were down? I wish that the people siting at top level in you organisation should take of my above feelings and take appropriate action in the matter and ensure the smooth and sound service in future.

Your customer care executives will say in four hours your problem will be
solved, but they never do it. Your Nodal officerPreeti, she will give
different answers at different time but never resolves the issue. In this
case how can we trust YOU.



When you are representative of a brand act and response from their end.



Please understand this we had paid money to you and we work 24/7. That is
the reason we have made an alliance with You Broadband.



Your technicians Narendra, Dipak, and Vikas of Vimannagr branch, Pune will
lie all the time. Vikas came to our and he had put wire, but dipak never
comes and gives us password.



My observation is You Broadband is always running behind if there is a new
customer.

You people don't serve old customer once you receive money. You think that
as money is received so don=E2=80=99t care for old customers. Is it so?



You are cheaters, no customer value.



If this is not served in 24 hours, we want our entire money 2400/- security
deposit of -900/-. refund back. We will go for new trusted connection.
Otherwise, this is going to be live on social networking sites or your
portal or will go to Consumer forum.

I have given my document and money on 7th morning and today is 9th. Up to now I didn't get connection and that person is not responding to my call. Even call center people are also not taking any thing seriously, they are saying to wait 7 working days.

What the hell is happening.

I asked several times regarding feasiblity before paying the money. They said , whinin 2days connection will be given . but after 5 days they replied that there is no feasibility and your money will refund back. But still now not refunded. called several times to c.care[req.id 2015010325866 on03/01/15&2015011618943 on 16/01/15. ,but no response. The You Broadband is the worst internet service provider I have ever seen. It's been a period of 12 days and I haven't got the internet connectivity even after lodging numerous of complaints. The customer support staff and even the staff at their Gurgaon office talks in a very sweet manner but does nothing to resolve the complaint. When it was the time to take money from me for giving the connection then their representative was there at my home the very next day I gave them a call but when it came to providing connection and giving the proper connectivity they are behaving like hell managers who are ready to create hell in the lives of the customers.

I have got fed up of their service and attitude to serve the customers.

I had a unlimited connection in SURAT from you broadband, after using for sometime the you team disconnected my connection . When inquiring personally at their office(forget about complain solution on customer care number, they shut all the complaints by themselves)they told me that as you are having unlimited connection we have to make long wires and speed won't be there so we can't give you service.
They gave me no refund and still my modem deposit check is not handed to me even after 90 days of disconnection.
I would like to say I would not suggest even to my enemy for a you broadband connection.

hi,I have taken you storm II plan 12 mbps speed last year at surat and my ID is anil_130.but after 10 days of connection there was frequently disconnection and low speed problem.I have complained so many times but poor service & false promise given by you team for permanent solution.I have all the complaint no. & email with me.Then started poor speed of 60 kbps and again false promises made.
Now your surat team is trying to become "smart"and put my reg.no. on busy tone so I cant make complaint.This type of pathetic and worst service with surat team I am experiencing.
I want compensation for this type of service

I appreciate your quick response. But I guess unfortunately you missed entire conversation followed with this email. Infact you even missed to read complete email. I have already mentioned complaint number raised on call with your customer care number. Complaint number is : 2015061103296.

This complaint was raised on 11th June and I never heard from your executives. So raising a complaint with your customer care was of no use and will be of no use even now. I guess you have access to the complaints raised with your customer care and you can check status of this complaint. And I can assure you this complaint has been closed without even contacting me.

And as far as contacting customercare.pun@youbroadband.co.in is concerned, kindly check my email thread. You can see my first point of contact was your customer care. Through email and as well as through call.

Please check this email conversation and you can see that first email was sent to customercare.pun on 11th June 11:30 AM. However I never heard from them even after chasing them.

I hope you understand why I had to find your email IDs and contact you. However these email addresses could not be located very easily. I guess atleast you escalate this issue because your customer care and Appellate authority (Miss Cynthia) has failed to do that.

Still No actions have been taken from last 25 days of complain
This is with regard to my broadband connection with poorest internet service provider your company “You Broadband Pvt Ltd”.

Since last 4 weeks there was cable cutting issue in our area for which I have been calling up customer care on daily basis and 10 days ago, your personnel came and fixed it. On the very same day, same issue occurred. For which they again filed a complaint again (On 22nd June 2015).
Since then daily I have been calling up daily to customer care team, and daily they have been giving me an assurance that they will send someone and get it fixed up,by installing a new cable and a separate line modem at my house,since some one is cutting the main cable from modem installed at roof of flat.
Even after 10 days,no one has turned up yet! I have been facing this issue since more then 4 weeks,please let me know if it would be sorted out by this Diwali or your need some more time?? All I need is a call back from you on this and a reply to this

My Name is Saleel Tatke (9158490009). Have made the payment for a new connection on 23/06/15 and also made the necesary payment and taken unlimited plan for 3 months. While taking the payment your Sales person, told me that I will get it in 10 days. On 1st Jul'15 went to your Pune office in Tanajiwasi & met Sharad (I was told he is a senior techincal person) but, did not have a visitng card to give. He gave me a reply that maximum 7 days more for getting my connection started.

Not a single call till now. Called up Sharad again this morning. After a couple of try he took my call. When told him my name, he replied that they are till waiting for the cable series and will take another 8 to 10 days and disconnected. Has stopped taking my calls. Same is case with Sanjay the sales person who took my booking.

I think this is not the correct way of the company. If I do not get any call and the connection by this week end, Think wil have to knock the Consumer forum doors.

In April 2015 raised 15~18 complains but I am not getting technical support.

If you can check in last 7 months more then 50 complain raise.

I FEEL YOU BROARDBAND DO NOT HAVE VALUE OF CUSTOMER. I AM USING FROM LAST 5 YEARS BUT THEY ARE TREATING LIKE I AM FOOL.(SPECIALLY TECHNICAL TEAM)

I HAVE PROOF THAT 30 MINS OF ISSUE TECHNICAL TEAM TOOK 20-24 HOURS. I ALSO PROVIDED TO AHMEDABAD OFFICE MANAGEMENT STILL NO ACTION.

TECHNICAL TEAM JUST CLOSE THE COMPLAIN WITHOUT CHECKING.

AS PER POLICY OF THE COMPANY BEFORE CLOSE THE COMPLAIN NEED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT VIA CALL.

PLEASE CHECK IN MY CASE FROM LAST 9 MONTHS ANY OF THE PERSON GIVE THAT DETAILS EVEN IF I HAVE MENTIONED IN THE TICKETS.

Even I didn't get credit and if I use 1 hour in a day then person say you are not eligible for credit. So I have paid money to use just 1 hour ?

I HAVE EMAILED MR. SAMIR PATHAK. HE IS VERY USEFUL PERSON AND SOLUTION ORIENTED BUT THE TECHNICAL SOLVE IF HE SAID AND SECOND DAY SAME ISSUE CAME.

IN A MONTH 6-7 DAYS THERE IS ISSUE OF NODE FAILURE SO IF NODE IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE MUCH LOAD THE EXTEND THE STRUCTURE OR RESTRICT NUMBER OF USERS.

IN CUSTOMER EMAIL ID NOONE IS GIVE REPLIED AS I HAD ASKED THEY JUST WRITE COMPANY'S PRE DEFINE FORMATTED EMAIL.

DO YOU THINK ITS PROPER WAY TO GIVE SUPPORT.

I THINK THERE IS STRATEGY OF TECHNICAL TEAM THAT GIVE TROUBLE TO CUSTOMER SO HE WILL CANCEL THE CONNECTION.

I have booked complain regarding my internet connection is not working on Friday evening around 7:30 PM.Customer executive told me that your request will solve within 4-8 working hours of time.

On Saturday i got call from one your "field engineer" saying that your connection issue is resolved please check it now. When i tried to browse it was not working (WHAT THE HELL!!!). i tried to called him but he didn't received or callback my calls(YOUR FIELD ENGINEER NAME : NILESH,)

then i tried to call again customer care number and asked about this thing.
One of your care executive name SAPNA told me sir your complain will be resolve by Saturday evening.

I WAITED TILL SATURDAY EVENING AND ALSO CALLED 3 TIMES CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE SAYING PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED TILL NOW AND DOZEN TIME TO YOUR FIELD ENGINEER NILESH BUT HE DIDN'T PICKUP MY CALL .

NO ONE IS LOOKING FOR MY CONNECTION ISSUE. AND THIS IS MY LAST TIME I AM WRITING YOU ABOUT THIS.

After doing repetitive complaints and follow up; also, we are not getting any service from YOU BROADBAND VADODARA BRANCH, our internet is not working from almost last 10 days.

Its really a shameful response which I am getting from YOU BROADBAND team.

Also, we complaint many times but we have not received our complaint number from your side, finally I personally call YOU BROADBAND, vadodara branch on 7th September 2015 and got my complaint number (i.e. 2015283100203), which highlights poor customer support from YOU BROADBAND team.

On priority basis, kindly provide me the final "actual" date, to resolve my connectivity issue,

ALSO UPDATE ME, THAT HOW YOU BROADBAND ARE GOING TO MANGE THE DAYS DURING WHICH MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING, THAT IS FROM 30th AUGUST 2015 TO TILL DATE.
ARE YOU GOING TO EXTEND MY PLAN FOR THAT MANY DAYS OR REIMBURSING MONEY.

Worst service in visakhapatnam.I requested to shift the connection on April 4th and every day made a call to customer care but no use after 15 days I went to visakhapatnam office and asked strongly then with in 15 min they made a call and told me that there was no feasible. finally I shifted to chennai and requested to close the account. On july 3rd got a call from visakahpatnam technical team(Anjali). They offered to shift the connection where ever I want, After 15days (july 20th) I made a call to Anjali(Technical team) and gave address to shift in visakhapatnam. Every day I used to make a call to them about shifting and she was telling connection would be given today. After 40days On Aug 31st she told me "if you want you can close the connection". Once again I requested to close the connection. After 45 days(bank working days) The check was not received. More ever every time customer care team telling with in 4 to 8 hours a call would be received. Almost more then 50 calls has been made to customer care team But till no call has been received.

Its really a shameful response and Worst service which I am getting from YOU BROADBAND team. Irritated so much.

Please don’t take you broadband internet service my friend please ,its service is like a hell .You broadband internet service is the world worst service in the world, given complain regarding my net problem but they take complain and in next day sent massage that your complain is resolve but problem pending same .when calling customer care no. they always says 4 to 8 working hours your problem get resolve but that bastard do nothing, no call, no intimation, no massage simply repeated dialogues 4 to 8 hrs .whose is that bastard fucker dealing all these complain and sending massage, I really want to meet. This bastard fucker only bluffs and lies, why this you broadband internet service is like this; they take money in time & say bla bla bla ….. If you can’t give service in proper way, I advise stop it & don’t fuck or come I ll give you better and best fucking service.

My name is Hemant Borole and I am having the you tele broadband connection associated with mobile no. +919099078586. The event which took place with me is really surprising. The cable of the you tele was cut and the nearby people says that the same had been done by GEB (I don't know why). I informed about the incident to you tele on Thursday 28/04/2016 again followed up on Friday with customer care, further talked to area branch manager on Friday and I was informed that by Monday it will be done. Today it's Tuesday going to end and I had not even received a call from youtele about the service. This is really a pathetic situation that even complaining to area branch manager and customer relationship manager there is no solution to the problem. Furthermore the customer care take 15 min to connect and we, the customers have to spend their money holding the phone to talk to executive.
Kindly look into the matter.

Funny that your services are always down on weekends because of "Fiber cut" when your technician and Appellate officers are on leave and no one to help, and they magically gets repaired on Monday morning when working people have to go back to work and are not home to use your services. It feels I am wasting money every month because Mon-Fri I am not home and Sat-Sun your services are not available. What a genius way of getting paid for no service at all.
