What kind of company are you? You don’t even bother to resolve customer complaints. you took money on Jan 22 and the internet has not yet started.You are a company with no ethics, inspite of repeated promises from you Mr. Bhondwe that unless internet will start working, the cheque will not deposited, it has been deposited and cleared.
If the internet is not working by tomorrow EOD, I will seriously contemplate going to consumers forum and taking this to TRAI

Please be informed that our Pune colleagues have been working on your case for a while. There was some building permission issue that had to be sorted out to ensure you do not face any problems from the society in future.

As of yesterday, cabling and installation at your premise was done and your connection is active.

What kind of WORK is company are doing? You don’t even bother to resolve customer complaints. you took money from customer and no proper responce customer are getting from your end.

Every alternet days SPPED PROBLEM arising. Please note that we are running internatinal business & due to INTERNET PROBLEMSwe are loosing our revenue.

You are a company with no ethics, inspite of repeated promises from you

true its 21days since i have applied for a connection yet they havnt put the connection despite me complaning daily... this is the worst company....
they have take all the document
no one picks the phone in the office
dumb company

Issue - Bad Service ek hi problem 6 Mahine se face kar raha hu. meri site www.cheersup.in not browseable with you broaband. others i access it with others providers. so don`t think that you broadband is best in industry. i think airtel is best.

U guys dont have any ethics at all. in fact u dont know how to deal with customers. u dont even know the difference between a wireless router and a laptop. so anything is on will be considered as usage.

just useless company...no words to say...no customer benefits...no support from regional staff,,just useless..i have subscribed for 12 mbps speed but getting only .22 mbps,,,even youtube is not opening properly...even 2g is better then this..my account no. is 818544 and my contact no.is 09393070585

I am facing the same problem as reported by some of the people here. I had applied for a connection on July 19 and paid full amount by cheque. It's been more than 18 days and I have had no response. After spending time and money on phone calls and SMSes all I have got are false assurances. I had even raised a complaint with the call center on Aug 3, but that too hasn't elicited any response (complaint no. 2013080308018). I am so frustrated now that unless I get the connection immediately or a refund, I will not only complain to consumer forum and TRAI, but I will also raise the matter with the media to highlight your poor customer service.

I am facing the same problem as reported by some of the people here. I had applied for a connection on June and got connection after 7to 10 days because they have no stock of modem I paid full amount by chequein advance. It's been more than 45 days and I have had no response instead of making lot of complaints at their portal and customer care and their nodal officer.they provide 256 kbps instead my 512kbps connection.inke officer dhed ho gaye hai inke kaan per joon bhi nahi rengati.yaha andher nagari chopat raaja ka hisab hai.

after writing on blog and making several complaints their is no reply from you management
why they give all facility to make complaints or contact them .i think this is their majboori to fulfill
TRI requirement they don't take any action on customer complaints. if they do not give proper
service why they sell connections.they only provide half of the speed against they show in their plan
by this they cheat subscribers.

At the time enquiry agent told me aapka connection 3 din main kar denge...then I pay charges, fill form now they told device available nahi hai, modem aane ko 7 days lagega....what kind oF service IT is?????

this is very bad service provided by you i m still waiting for my Refund payment from last 2 Month , we have applied this connection on 4/02/14 and this connection not done due to fiber problem and after that chq is already clear from our side and i m keep on sending mail's to your pune department but still awaiting for reply no i m going to file the complaints against youbroadband in TRAI i have already asked my legal department to process the same

chq details :- CHQ no - 001114 / dated :- 04.02.14 clear from our side :- 13.02.14

i have sent mail to below person's :- Marilyn / ahmed / rakesh / vivek ..

but still not recevied any single line reply ..

Very Very worth , pathetic and the most dumb customer service process user by You Broadband team.
A sincere advice to all , Please do not subscribe to YOU Broadband.
The customer service department is non responsive all ways.
The escalation team is the worst to give any information and resolution.

I have been a youbroadband customer for 5 years, but now i have decided to leave you broadband.. I usually have intermittent issues with my internet but, when it worked the speed was good..so I decided not to accelerate the issue since, You broadband was new to Chennai at that time ( 2010 ). Years passed but the issue never got resolved. This month i had internet outage for 16days ( till today and it's still not working ) first 11 straight days then it worked for 1 day again the next day it went offline and it was repaired now after 2 days again the connection is down for 3days

What made me more disappointed was, I never got a proper response from the technical team.. when they answer the call for the first time they say " I will come and fix the issue sir " but no one will turn-up and when i call the 2nd time i always get the same reply "The connection will be back within 30mins sir "
After that whenever I call, no one will answer my call nor fix the issue in the given time frame.. i have had these issues with the below local tech

and for the past few days I was in touch with a local tech named Bala Subraminiyam after a number of calls over a 2 day time period, he came to my home yesterday and he did something with the cable wires and said the issue was fixed but the connection didnt work and the SEND and ONLINE lights in the modem was still flashing.... when he saw that, he said " I will go for a quick lunch and I will come back and surely fix the issue " but he never came back and i tried calling him today but no response and he disconnected the while i was talking..

Whenever i called Sendhil Prasad ( manager ) regarding this issue he just gave a lame reason and excuse... and even the Public Grievances guy Zakeer Hussain didn't take it seriously either.

For the past few months I was very excited and called the customer support for a plan upgrade for 100Mbps, but i was suppose to wait till the cable upgrade, But that's not gonna happen now, I am very disappointed and I am leaving Youbroadband now.

I hope you improve your services and never disappoint a veteran customer like me

Had been using You broadband for over a year now. unfortunately, it is not working for last one week. Call centre gives a standard reply since last friday that the problem will be resolved by 11pm on 13-May-16 and Mr Jeet Maurya has been assigned engineer to look into it. The office numbers of Gurgaon are unanswered and there is no way to escalate the problem to higher ups in the company. It seems company does not have any plan for customer service and most neglected area. When competitors are offerign service within 2 hours, this company is not bothered to fix the issue in a week's time. If company can buck up their customer service. My customer id is 963528
