Most Pathetic services. Company calls only when its wants to renew the account. 50% of the times the services are down with resolution.
I want to get rid of the service when my account is over.

Im facing serious lag issues speed problem and download speed is ranging from 30-70 my plan is UNLTD 1MBPS


this speed problem i see last 3 month
and i Complaint lots of time but problom was not solved.
pls dnt but youtelecome broadband

Hi YOU Broadband,
I am Bikash from Hyderabad and I have applied for a new connection. One of your executive (Mob- 9700263129) has taken money of 1311 and my document and promised me to give connection in just 6hrs.
I have given my document and money on 7th morning and today is 9th. Up to now I didn't get connection and that person is not responding to my call. Even call center people are also not taking any thing seriously, they are saying to wait 7 working days.

What the hell is happening.

My number is 7842832493.. if any one from you BB wants to talk to me regarding this they can call.

No. 1 in giving the worst connection ever... Every now and then the network is down, when ever we register a complaint YOU says one of their representative will call in 4 to 12 hrs, which will never come even after many followup...

I got a call from 9898915300 - Dimple from You Broadband for connection. I discussed with her that the service of your company is not prompted, but she assured me that the services and speed now have become better and in case of any grievance, she would personally assist and forward the complain on priority basis. Further she promised me an additional data of 75GBs. However all was just a false promise.

We got a connection installed on 24/07/2015 at 9:00 pm and the same was disconnected by 25/07/2015 10:00 am. I rang up the executive who had sold me the plan and she promised to resolve within 4 hours, but never turned up. I called up at the Customer care and they promised to resolved the matter within 24 hours, but to no avail. I then filed an online complain, which again did not yield any results. I and others in my family called up everyday at the Call center and everyday they said your complain is filed, but I just gotto know that they donot file any complain but just assure you. If a complain is actually registered then you get a complain id on your registered mobile no.

Net connection was on only for few hours on 24/7/2015. but usage is shown from 25/7/2015 - 7/08/2015, during connection down period also.

Complain was made once again on 6/08/15 at both Call Center and Appellate Authority Ms. Soni for these things:
1. No Connectivity
2. False representation by Ms. Dimple and laughing on my warning of complaining to TRAI, Consumer Forum and Police.
3. Poor Complain Redressal by Call Center
4. Debiting my account with Data usage inspite of down connection.

Unfortunately this also did not reap any results.

On 7/8/2015 I requested to refund my money or else I would lodge a police complain on which that evening the connection was restored at 1-2 Mbps speed instead of 10Mbps.

After 5-6 days that connectivity was brought down to 512Kbps, and 6 - 7 days later connection was again down.

Inspite of repeated complains in all the above matters on solution has come up till date.

Ms.Soni is not picking call, Call center says you never filed any complain. and on asking refund they shout at you on top of their voices that only modem deposit would be refund and do whatever you want and bang the call.

Mumbai office (Mr. Vinit Sharma - the contact person as per TRAI) keeps you on hold for hours with no line being transfered.

This is a FRAUD Company and I wannna file complain against it.

I have all the call logs, emails, etc with me to support my point and the company's scam.
