The real challenge is to give services after accepting money for full year which youtele has failed miserably - my A/c # 41187

This is the worst broadband service provider in the world. Customer service says things which they do not provide. And when you complain about it they say did we give you anything in writing. hjaahahahah. best answer you expect from the customer service. My broadband gives speed of 5kb/s. cannot even 5mb video takes about 40mins to download. When you ask for refund for the money that you have paid in advance they say its against our policy. Our policy is to loot people. They take router for repairing which they installed on week ago and do not even care to give you back. It is still with their service center. I wonder how dumb this people are that they can't fix router..
