hello every one.
this is a real story which took place with me and still going on i want ur help please giude me.
the details of the director so that they can come to know what is realy going on and if the go in the same manner they shall be the last ones..
i would like to inform you that the department at navi mumbai is of no use as they dont have experienced Technicians in the field.
Reason behind that is I had a simple problem of offline connection from ur part which took almost 10-15 days to repair in the mean while ur technician named avinash who was supposed to solved the problem did not came but in replacement he send mr abdul whose name is not recorded in ur call center system according to them avinash has solved the problem.

Now the real problem mr abdul who visited my place in the afternoon has operated my pc and when I came back to check as I got the message that my problem is solved I shocked to see now my pc which was working till the morning is no having a system failure I was not getting even stared .

When I call the all the respected department they only played the blame game and In the last when I sopek to mr avinash and asked him to solve my problem done by ur technician mr abdul he refused and said he doesn’t have enough computer know how so you solve ur problem on ur own.

And harassed me for4-5 day like when ever I give a call to ur call center they used to forward the same to the department and they use to simply say the problem is resolved but if the problem is resolved why should I call and complaint again. As there is a system failure in ur process if a person calls the call center the forward the call to the respected department and the respected department doest do their work and simply say the problem resolve does the call center check whether really the problem is resolved.

i lost my time money and Business and I have hired the service to get my computer working for which I have to bear

Still I believe you shall take some action or say we are sleeping.

In short the department the company who is in capable of providing service.

I request you to take some serious action against the said people or simply sir don’t continue with us as we are incapable of give you good services.

I would like have written explanation for the same if you think

hello all users of you broadband
i have been using broadbang for 1 mth i have got atleast 100 problem in d connection d you broadband got d worst speed n d connection also goes many times in a day. the main problem of you broadband is that dey dont have any toll free number even just for complain d charge is being taken.d problem is that dey dont solve d prob n speed is just not upto d marks it keep no decresing d speed just so sick

YOU BROADBAND PLEASE PROVIDE TRUE DATA TO TRAI SO THEY WILL SAY ITS IN TOP 5 OR NOT. WITH WRONG DATA I WILL BE NUMBER 1.

I have emailed more then 30 from last 9 months.

In April 2015 raised 15~18 complains but I am not getting technical support.

If you can check in last 7 months more then 50 complain raise.

I FEEL YOU BROARDBAND DO NOT HAVE VALUE OF CUSTOMER. I AM USING FROM LAST 5 YEARS BUT THEY ARE TREATING LIKE I AM FOOL.(SPECIALLY TECHNICAL TEAM)

I HAVE PROOF THAT 30 MINS OF ISSUE TECHNICAL TEAM TOOK 20-24 HOURS. I ALSO PROVIDED TO AHMEDABAD OFFICE MANAGEMENT STILL NO ACTION.

TECHNICAL TEAM JUST CLOSE THE COMPLAIN WITHOUT CHECKING.

AS PER POLICY OF THE COMPANY BEFORE CLOSE THE COMPLAIN NEED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT VIA CALL.

PLEASE CHECK IN MY CASE FROM LAST 9 MONTHS ANY OF THE PERSON GIVE THAT DETAILS EVEN IF I HAVE MENTIONED IN THE TICKETS.

Even I didn't get credit and if I use 1 hour in a day then person say you are not eligible for credit. So I have paid money to use just 1 hour ?

I HAVE EMAILED MR. SAMIR PATHAK. HE IS VERY USEFUL PERSON AND SOLUTION ORIENTED BUT THE TECHNICAL SOLVE IF HE SAID AND SECOND DAY SAME ISSUE CAME.

IN A MONTH 6-7 DAYS THERE IS ISSUE OF NODE FAILURE SO IF NODE IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE MUCH LOAD THE EXTEND THE STRUCTURE OR RESTRICT NUMBER OF USERS.

IN CUSTOMER EMAIL ID NOONE IS GIVE REPLIED AS I HAD ASKED THEY JUST WRITE COMPANY'S PRE DEFINE FORMATTED EMAIL.

DO YOU THINK ITS PROPER WAY TO GIVE SUPPORT.

I THINK THERE IS STRATEGY OF TECHNICAL TEAM THAT GIVE TROUBLE TO CUSTOMER SO HE WILL CANCEL THE CONNECTION.

HOPE HERE I WILL GET ANY RESOLUTION AND OTHER PEOPLE ALSO READ AND THINK ABOUT YOU BROADBAND.
