Hello Mr Chakaravarthi,
It seems that you are thinking that you have control on everything what is going on in your company, but I think you dont have it at all, your youtelecom is sick cable connection what ever you guys promise you can not do it, you know your people are saying right from your Hyderabad branch manager to the low level guy that they are not resposible for the speed of the Youtelecom connection we have 3 connections with you and we are leving you to Airtel because you guys are nothing but trash, you dont have any service lines you dont have good customer care, you dont have good technicians, you dont have speeds but you know you have only bunch of fools working behind you.
If you want to know the truth what is happening in the ground level in hyderabad area, you can call me any time on 9052496569 wake up sir get your thing work fine or else you are going to loose the customer day by day, it will be only you remaining at the end of the day who uses the youtelecom connection
Check out the emails I have sent you to your hyderabad manager to which he did not responded till now nor the issue resolved.
I have requested you people to change my connection address for Charan_a from Madhura Nagar to Kukatpalli, I have submitted all the documents to you guys but it has been 1 week no response from your side and a guy called me up again he is again asking me to submit all the documents to change my connection address, what should I do now???
Connection has to change from:
D135, Madhura Nagar, Kavitha residency to 103 Malaya-1, Jaya Bharathi gardens, Y-junction, Kukatpalli.We have 3 Youtelecom connections with your company with the accounts
User ID1: Charan_A speed plan is 192 kbps in the evening 80Kbps
User ID2: prasad_b56 speed plan is 384kbps in the evening 80 kbps
User ID3: devi_y78 speed plan 192 Kbps in the evening 80 Kbps
If you see the above Internet speed we are getting in the evening, this is far far bad than what you guys are promised us when we took the connection with Youtelecom, we have all together payed 6000 amount to you, most funny part is that your Madhura Nagar technical guys who is responsible for this area is playing jokes on us, he is asking us why we are not getting the same speed all the time in a day, is it our duty to check it out, we have taken screen shot to show you the facts, if you guys are not going to resolve the issue with speed for our connections we have to terminate your services, so please respond and show some good results.
Note: We have received a call from your technical guy kishan who takes care of the Madhura Nagar area, he is telling that he is not responsible for the speed which we are getting, I can't understand who will be resposibility for the speed issue? if no body will take the responsibility who is going to take!!!! do I have to take is by myself then why I have to pay you the money, we are not ready to pay the money if you are not ready to take the responsibility, refund our money back, Accept that you guys can not provide the speeds what you have promised us.
