I am quite frustrated by the kind of attitude of the company's chennai branch. I had requested for a broadband connection(mentioning it to be urgent) on the 24th Sept 2009, the ref no for the same was:2009092419506. Since i had to travel overseas i insisted on a urgent connection. My wife paid the entire amount to the sales manager on 25th. On querying the customer care i was told that on saturday 26th the connection would be done. On saturday 2 guys from You Telecom came and put the cables, the confirmed that the modem shall be installed after one hour. No one came after that from You Telecom.
27th morning i left for my travel overseas. I recently got an update from my wife that the previous request has been closed and now the persons are saying that it shall taken minimum 7 days. They have given us the new Ref No:2009092901919.
I would like to inform that i had mentioned to the customer care that i shall not be interested to have the connection because of this delay and would request for a complete refund. I therefore request you not to cheat customers like this by holding their money back and also not providing commited services. I would be forced to take a legal action if for this reckless behaviour.
So i would like to request you to provide my refund as soon as possible.
